Angel F. Aghili is the founder and president of AVELE, the Spanish Association for the promotion of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles. He is industrial engineer with 2 masters (Heat Transfer from the Imperial College of Science and Technology of London and Project Management of UMA). He has been working in different projects of electric vehicles and renewable energies for more than 20 years, producing three prototypes of EV and patenting in its name the energetic system of it.
